Part of developing the right mentality is coming together for things bigger than fitness.

Yesterday we honored Lieutenant Michael Murphy by completing his favorite workout which has since been named after him.

1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

Members of all fitness levels came together and completed this workout with modifications that worked for them.
