Longevity Class

Are you or someone you know looking to improve their overall quality of life and stay independent longer?

We are adding a new class in September. Our Longevity class is targeted at retirees that need to improve their overall quality of life.

Classes will operate every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:15am - 12:00pm.
